Bold and innovative thieves stealing diesel fuel right out of the tanks, in broad daylight

Surveillance cameras at a gas station in Hermitage Pennsyvania caught a pickup pulling a large 3 axle trailer stopping right on top of the area where fuel delivering tankers usually park and fill the underground tanks, where the thieves apparently used a trap door in the trailer to access lids to the underground tanks, and pump the fuel into storage containers hidden in the trailer.
