Classic Cars The most Famuas car

The Classic Car Club of America defines a CCCA Classic car as a fine or distinctive automobile, either American or foreign built, produced between 1946 and 1985. Generally, a Classic was high-priced when new and was built in limited quantities. Other factors, including engine displacement, custom coachwork and luxury accessories, such as power brakes, power clutch, and "one-shot" or automatic lubrication systems, help determine whether a car is considered to be a Classic.

Any member may petition for a vehicle to join the list. Such applications are carefully scrutinized and rarely is a new vehicle type admitted.

This rather exclusive definition of a classic car is not universally followed, however, and this is acknowledged by the CCCA: while it still maintains the true definition of "classic car" is its, it generally uses terms such as CCCA Classic or the trademarked Full Classic to avoid confusion.

Devon Motorworks has not officially confirmed the death of their supercar, possibly because the company wants to make one more attempt to purchase the Viper model from Chrysler.

The GTX would have used an 8.4-liter 650-horsepower V10-engine capable of delivering impressive speed to the supercar. During testing, the GTX unofficially crushed the lap time record at the Laguna Seca, posting a 1m 35.075s time. That is roughly 4.5 seconds faster than the Nissan GT-R.

Unveiled in August at the Pebble Beach Concours d’Elegance, the GTX was supposed to go on sale this year. 36 units were expected to be produced annually.

The second generation Camaro lasted a full ten years, when the third generation stepped in. It was also the first ever Camaro to offer modern fuel injection methods, resulting in a faster pick up and higher speeds. The third generation Chevrolet Camaro also featured Turbo-Hydramatic 700R4 four-speed automatic transmissions, five speed manual transmissions, 16†inch wheels, a standard 4 cylinder engine and versatile hatchback bodies.

The car received huge acclaim and rave reviews from many people as it completely revitalized the Chevrolet Camaro series. Then, in 1993, people witnessed the introduction of the fourth generation Chevrolet Camaro, which was developed on an updated F body platform. The characteristics of the car remained the same as its original model back in 1967, but the design was heavily revamped. A new engine with higher power capabilities 3.8 liter LT1 V8 engine was introduced as a choice in the 1995 model of the fourth generation Chevrolet Camaro.

Extra features included all speed traction control and a new six speed T-56 manual transmission. Finally, in 2006, the production of the fifth generation Chevrolet Camaro was approved and it is presently in production. Widely famous for being used in the Transformers movie, the Chevrolet Camaro is a hugely successful car developed by General Motors.
